Iconic country star John Williamson has released the new video for his song 'Hang My Hat In Queensland.'

The song is the first single from his Willo's latest album, The Big Red, which is available on iTunes now.

The clip features Williamson playing in the rainforest, with nostalgic images from his career being projected on trees behind him.

According to Williamson's website, the song is "... An autobiographical account of Williamson's life. Everything from his birth in the Mallee district of Victoria through to moving to Sydney from his family's farm in Moree after winning television's 'New Faces' with his song 'Old Man Emu'. The lyrics encapsulate his story in music."
